Spring was definitely a big season for weddings and events--weddings, tea party, retreat, etc. June kicked off with a Quincenera party for a super special young woman! It was my first ever Quincenera party to plan and it turned out great!
I learned a lot from the past weddings/events and now am in the process of changing the descriptions of my services. My coordination services can now start 3 months prior to wedding day (instead of 1 month), which will allow me to get more connected with the bride and groom and their end of planning stage. Most will say that a coordinator is only needed 1 month prior to the wedding day, since everything has been planned. However, that is not true for every couple and not every plan is well done. I've found that if at all possible, take care of the details ahead of time, instead of last minute-which can add to the stress.
We will go through any "red flags" and solutions; walk through and discuss the mental/emotional side of weddings and how to overcome them so you can enjoy your day, etc. We take care of your event and we also care about you.
Brides, can you imagine having the week of your wedding be just a time for you and your loved ones, and not taking care of all the small details? Prepare well and have a day well done!
Bonus: 2 free tickets to upcoming seminars/workshops, etc.
Coordination price if booking in June-July 2018: Start @ $895.
